2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing top)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Arrange dough: Unroll crescent roll dough into a greased baking dish, pressing seams to form a single sheet.
Spread mixture evenly over the dough.
Top layer: Place another sheet of crescent roll dough over the filling.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle a little Parmesan or seasoning if desired.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Cool slightly, then slice into squares or rolls. Serve warm.
Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli dip.
Great as a brunch dish, snack, or party appetizer.
