Step 4: Prepare the Pan
Generously oil a baking pan with olive oil. Don’t be shy—this is what creates the crispy bottom.
Transfer the dough into the pan and gently stretch it to fit.
Step 5: Second Rise
Cover and let the dough rest for another 30–60 minutes. It should puff up noticeably.
