Hot coffee with chia seeds: The secret to eliminating fat

Ingredients :

1 cup of hot coffee (without sugar or artificial sweeteners)

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)

1 teaspoon of honey or stevia (optional) Preparation:

Prepare yourself a cup of hot coffee as usual.

Add the tablespoon of chia seeds and mix well.

Let it sit for 5 minutes so that the seeds absorb the liquid and release their benefits.

If desired, add cinnamon or honey and mix again.
