It’s normal to lose your keys or an actress’s name. But the belief that the brain shuts down with age is a mistake. Just stimulate it, like a muscle.

- Memory games, Sudoku, crosswords… to learn alone or with a partner.
- Learn a new recipe, language, or start keeping a notebook.
- And of course: get moving. Exercise is good for your brain, too.

Keep a wellness journal. Write down what you eat, how you feel, what you do… It’s a valuable tool for discovering what works for you and what’s holding you back.
